　　2014年考研复试面试冲关百问百答

　　大多数院校在研究生入学考试复试阶段会考查英语听力，由于这部分是初试中所不涉及的，很多同学容易忽视，在准备复试时临阵磨枪，却不知道该注意什么，老师建议大家，从现在开始，每天至少保证听两小时听力练习，在听的过程中要体会连读和弱读，并进行跟读训练——在提高听力能力的同时还可以提高口语的发音。

　　在英语听力中较难分辨弱读词语，英语中名词、动词、形容词、副词都可以重读，但有些词，如连词、介词和个别情态动词，需要弱读——容易在听力中给考生造成障碍。在此我们总结了些常见的弱读词：

　　1、and/ænd/---/ən/---/n/

　　e.g. more and more; theory and methodology; surprised and delighted

　　Try to keep a balance between work and relaxation. 试着保持工作和休闲的平衡。

　　I'm going to write good jokes and become an excellent comedian.我要创作出好的笑话，成为一名出色的喜剧演员。

　　2、but/bʌt/---/bət/

　　e.g. Please excuse me, but there is something I must say. 请原谅，但有件事我必须说一下。

　　He didn't speak anything but English. 他只会说英语。

　　I may go there, but that depends. 我可能会去，但要视情况而定。

　　3、that/ðæt/---/ðət/ 这个弱读常见于that引导的从句中。

　　e.g. I think that if you have lost the library book，you must pay for it.我认为如果你把图书馆的书弄丢了，就必须赔偿。

　　It says here, in the first sentence, that English is becoming more and more important. 第一句话写着英语正变得越来越重要。

　　Tell him that time is life. 告诉他时间就是生命。

　　4、of/ɔv/---/əv/

　　e.g. the beginning of the year;the worth of their music

　　We have nothing to complain of.我们没什么可抱怨的。

　　5、for/fɔ:/---/fə/

　　e.g. Have you had any experience writing for a magazine? 你有过为杂志撰稿的经验吗?

　　For him, books were as necessary to life as rice.对他而言，书籍就像米饭一样是生活的必需品。

　　Thank you for your help.谢谢您的帮助。

　　6、as/æz/---/əz/

　　e.g. I never went through a final exam that was as difficult as that one. 我从未经历过像那次一样难得期末考试。

　　The news apparently came as a complete surprise.这消息显然完全是个意外。

　　The local people saw the suffering to which these deportees were subjected. And, as a matter of fact, the local people helped the victims.

　　当地人目睹了这些被驱逐的人所遭受的苦难。而且，确切地讲，当地人帮助了这些受害者。

　　7、can/kæn/---/kən/

　　e.g. I can't give you details because I don't actually have any details.

　　我无法告诉你详情，因为我确实不了解具体情况。

　　Exercising alone can be boring.独自锻炼可能会无聊。

　　If you think you can, you can. 如果你认为自己行，就一定行!

　　8、must/mʌst/---/məst/

　　e.g. Candidates must satisfy the general conditions for admission. 候选人必须满足录取的一般条件。

　　This came as a surprise, I must say. 我得说这发生得太突然。

　　You are going to have to take a certain amount of criticism, but you must cope with it. 你会受到一些批评，但你必须面对它。
