一、全部倒装 Full Inversion

　　1.in，out，up/down，bang，away 方位副词或拟声词放句首，而且谓语动词是表示动作的不及物动词，要用全部倒装。

　　如：Bang went the firecracker

　　In came the girls，singing and talking.

　　Following a roar, out rushed a tiger from among the bushes.

　　2.here，there，then，such，now 放句首，谓语动词是be，come，go，要用全部倒装

　　如：Here comes the bus.

　　Now comes your turn.

　　When Greek meets Greek，then comes the tug of war.

　　※主语为人称代词，不倒装

　　如：Here comes Mr.Lee. Here he comes.

　　Away went the students. Away they went.

　　3.so/neither/nor 引导的省略句

　　如：My father is an engineer, so is my brother.

　　Tom does not like bananas，neither/nor does his wife.

　　4.系表结构主语过长、强调表语、上下文衔接紧密、→表语adj/V-ed、+be + subject

　　如：Present at the meeting were President Liu，Professor Wang,, Professor Zhang and others.

　　Gone forever are the days when the Chinese people had to use foreign oil.

　　二、部分倒装 Partial Inversion

　　1.否定词 never, seldom，not，hardly，scarcely, rarely, little 位于句首，部分倒装

　　如：Not once has he failed to keep his promise.

　　Seldom did we know what had happened.

　　※Scarcely，hardly 修饰主语或是主语的一部分不用倒装

　　Scarcely a drop of rain fell last month.

　　2.on no account/consideration，in no case/sense/way, by no means.under no circumstances，at no time 表”决不”短语位于句首，部分倒装

　　如：On no account are visitors allowed to touch the exhibits.

　　Under no circumstances will China be a superpower.
