　　投诉信是针对某件不快乐的事情向相关负责人提出的投诉、抱怨等的信件，写作要点主要包括以下三点：

　　1. 首段开门见山，说明写信目的。

　　2. 第二段清晰、简洁描述问题或事情经过，并指出事件给你带来的不便。

　　3. 第三段结尾感谢对方关注你的投诉，并表明你想要的解决方案，期待对方尽早答复并解决问题。

　　投诉信开头与结尾段中必备的写作句式如下：

　　1. 开头常用句式

　　I am writing to complain about/that…

　　I am writing to inform you that I am dissatisfied with you…

　　I think it’s high time you realize…

　　I am writing to make a complaint about…

　　I feel sorry to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint about…

　　I am writing to express my disappointment/ dissatisfaction/ concern about…

　　2. 结尾常用句式

　　I would be grateful if you could…

　　I trust you will take my complaint seriously and…

　　I will appreciate it very much if you could…

　　I must have you fully understand that without a satisfying solution, I will reserve my right to take legal action.

　　Frankly speaking, I am not prepared to put up with the situation any more.

　　On the condition that this one proves to be unacceptable, I will receive a refund.

　　投诉信写作模板如下：

　　Dear ______,

　　I am __________(自我介绍). I feel bad to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint about ______.

　　The reason for my dissatisfaction is ________(总体介绍). In the first place, _________(抱怨的第一个方面). In the second place, ___________(抱怨的第二个方面). Under these circumstances, I find it _____to ________.
