蒹葭苍苍，露凝而白;润燥舒心，鸿雁归来。每到这个时节，就是一年即将收获的时候，同样，希望我们的考研党们也可以硕果累累。目前的英语复习已然进入了秋收时节，除却英语阅读仍然需要紧锣密鼓的按班就点的学习，最主要的积累阶段可能就是作文这一部分了。英语一的作文包括小作文10分，大作文20分;英语二的小作文10分，大作文15分。所以，这张试卷除了阅读部分，作文就扛起了半个小江山，望大家认真对待。从一个参加过考试的前辈来讲，个人觉得这个阶段，作文部分大家还可以在等等，具体等什么呢?等的就是你拥有了一定的词汇和句式结构之后，那么，就可以泉流思涌，下笔三千了。

　　那么，跨考教育英语教研室高静老师，今天和大家来分享一下个人总结的小作文句式结构，望大家可以分类整理，以方便记忆。

　　第一类：建议信

　　写作目的：

　　1、I am writing to you to present what I think on the further improvement of...

　　2、I would be more than happy to see improvement in this regard.

　　期盼回复

　　1、I hope that my suggestions are helpful for your decision-making anyway.

　　2、I hope you will find these suggestions/ proposals/ recommendations helpful/ practical/ useful.

　　第二类：祝贺信

　　1、表示祝贺

　　1)I was very happy to learn that…

　　2)I was very delighted to hear the news that…

　　3)It is with great pleasure that I hear of your success. Please accept my warmest/heartiest congratulations(最衷心的祝贺).

　　4)Allow me to convey my congratulations on your promotion to…

　　5)I am very glad to hear that you have been admitted to Beijing University. Congratulations! Your long-cherished dream has finally come true.

　　6) I really think that you deserve the success.

　　2、表达美好祝愿

　　1)Wish you good luck!

　　2)I wish you success and fulfillment in the years ahead.

　　3)Happy New Year to you and may each succeeding year bring you greater happiness and prosperity.

　　4)I do believe that you will achieve one success after another on this new stage. And I am looking forward to hearing more good news from you. Please accept my heartfelt congratulations again.

　　第三类：投诉信

　　1、说明投诉问题

　　1)I am writing to inform(告知，代替tell)you that I find…unsatisfactory…

　　2)I am writing to express/ air dissatisfaction/ disappointment/ concern regarding…

　　2、期待解决方案

　　1)I hope you will take steps to rectify(纠正、改善，代替improve) this situation soon.

　　2)I believe you will take my complaints seriously. I would ask you to give back my money, or I would file my complaint(投诉) to the authorities concerned(相关部门).

　　3)To solve this problem/ surmount this difficulty/ improve the situation/ crack this hard nut(解决问题), I hope to draw the attention of the authorities concerned.

　　第四类：申请信

　　1、写信目的

　　1)My major interests are…, and I understand your university has a good program in those fields. I am writing in response to(回应) your advertisement in…

　　2)I feel the need to study further in order to develop my potential in this field. I am writing this letter to apply for the position that you have advertised in…

　　3)I am writing to express my interest in your recently advertised position for…

　　4)I would like to apply for the vacancy(职位空缺) of…advertised in…

　　2、展示个人能力、经历及求职动机

　　1)I am now studying at … and will soon be graduated as a/an … major. Under the influence of the courses I have taken, I have developed a special interest in…

　　2)Upon graduation, I first worked as… The following job was… and currently I am working for… I feel I have the necessary qualifications and experience needed for the position of…

　　3、希望面试机会，表示感谢

　　1)Your prompt response will be much appreciated(感激).

　　2)I should be pleased to attend for an interview at your convenience(方便之时), when I could give you further details concerning myself.

　　3)I am available for a personal interview(个人面谈) at your convenience. Please contact me at…

　　4)I would greatly appreciate receiving copies of the required application forms(申请表格) and any instructions(说明) you may be so kind to give me regarding my possible admission.

　　第五类：邀请信

　　1、邀请目的

　　1)On behalf of…, I have the honor to invite you to…

　　2)It is with the great pleasure that I write to cordially invite you to…

　　3)It gives me the greatest pleasure to invite you to…

　　4)We should be very grateful if you could…

　　5)I would like to see your presence at...

　　2、活动安排

　　1)There will be a dinner party to be held at the Beijing Hotel on Sunday, October 10th, at eight o’clock. Will you and Mrs. Smith come and join us?

　　2)I hope that you have no previous engagement and can join us for the English Evening at 7:00 p.m. on February 1st.

　　3、期盼回复

　　1)We are looking forward to seeing you.

　　2)I do hope that you will be able to come.

　　3)We should be very pleased if you could honor us with your company.

　　小作文整体而言，模板化的东西相对来说比较多一些，所以，大家进行自我创作和发挥的空间就少一些。这也就要求大家在需要你创作的时候一定要抓住机会，总是可以创造亮点。但是，我们强调的是提前创作，而不是留到考场进行创作，以免出现错误。对于这些基本固定的句式结构，大家尽量多参看几种句式，然后敲定自己喜欢的，这样在考场上就可以游刃有余。
