　　capitalization period 资本化期间

　　e.g. Capitalization period is the period from the date of commencement of capitalization of borrowing costs to the date of cessation of capitalization, excluding any period over which capitalization is suspended.

　　【译】资本化期间，是指从借款费用开始资本化时点到停止资本化时点的期间，借款费用暂停资本化的期间不包括在内。

　　(1)capitalize [’kæpitəlaiz] v. 使资本化，以大写字母写，估计……的价值

　　(2)commencement [kə’mensmənt] n. 开始，发端

　　(3)cessation [se’seɪʃ(ə)n] n. 停止，终止

　　capitalization of borrowing costs 借款费用资本化

　　suspend capitalization of borrowing costs 借款费用暂停资本化

　　cease capitalization of borrowing costs 借款费用停止资本化

　　cease [siːs] v. 停止，终止

　　acquire, construct or produce qualifying assets 购建或者生产符合资本化条件的资产

　　equity-settled share-based payment 以权益结算的股份支付

　　英语构词方法主要有三种：即合成法、派生法和转化法。所谓合成法，即将两个或两个以上的单词合成在一起而构成新词，该新词做合成词。

　　equity-settled，share-based payment都属于合成形容词，由名词+过去分词构成。
